Why did I become a Real-Estate Agent?

It is my passion to help people materialize their real estate dreams. I make sure my clients get ALL the information they need to make the best decision for themselves.  In addition, I relocated twice: once from Israel to San Antonio, TX and from there to Alpharetta, GA and in both times I was facing numerous difficulties with no one to help!  This is why I decided to pursue a career where I can help make people move easier, helping them from A to Z in whatever they need.

 Why Should You Work with me?

First and foremost reason is because I CARE! I conduct a consultation with every individual to deeply understand what are their needs, and unlike other agents, I actually listen!  I care about my clients focusing their searches in areas that fit them from all aspects – commute to work, school for the kids or even a dog park – whatever it is, I will tailor the search to your requirements.  Additionally, buying a house is one of the biggest purchases one makes in his/ her life. I care that my clients will buy a house that they can easily sell later and at a fair market price. I have a great attention to details and will never let you buy something without you being aware of possible issues.

Further, I have a massive network of vendors and can easily refer you to a trustworthy and reliable vendor, whether you need to fix a kitchen appliance to renovating and remodeling.

What do I do better than others?

The main thing that differentiate me the most from other real-estate agents is that I care about you and not about the sell. I know many say that, but I got into the real estate business because I wanted to help other people. I want people to find a house that they are happy with, that they love, that they are looking forward to get to at the end of the day.  That’s why my team and I will provide you with the highest service level possible. I’m always here to help you, and the best testimony to that is the fact that most of my clients turn into friends.

What process will you use to help me find the right home for my particular wants and needs?

I start off by listening to you; we will have a buyer consultation meeting where we will assess your requirements by diving deeply to understand your specific wants and needs. Once we figure out those, I use statistics and the latest technological tools available. I have a full team behind me of closing attorney, mortgage lenders, transaction assistant and marketing manager. We will be there for you all throughout the process and beyond to make sure the whole purchasing process goes smoothly and will always be there to help, answer any questions and address all your concerns. We know that this can be a stresfull experience but we want to make it easy for you!

What are the most common things that go wrong in a transaction and how would you handle them?

The top three things that can go wrong are:

  1. inspections that reveal issues that are beyond what the seller knew or disclosed
  2. appraisal that is lower that the agreed purchase price
  3. buyer’s financing falling through

Since every case is unique and different, I address any issue that comes up with calmness and use my excellent problem solving tactics. Whatever comes up, we will do our best to find a possible solution that works for everyone, and stay calm in the process.

What are some mistakes that you think people make when buying their first home?

The biggest mistake for first time home buyers is having a “know it all” attitude, which in many cases goes hand in hand with lack of knowledge. True, you probably have family and friends that shared their experiences and knowledge with you, but as each case is different, I treat all my first time home buyers as complete novices and start from zero.  All my clients praise me for my first consultation because I don’t want to miss any aspect and I don’t know what you know and what you don’t. This is why I will go over with you the importance of the location, neighborhood, schools, the things that are important to have in a house for easily selling it later and more.

The other common mistake is to linger handing over all the necessary documents to the mortgage lenders. This can significantly slow down the approval process and prevent closing the deal on time.

What other professionals do you suggest we work with and what are their credentials?

Pending on your needs, I will refer you to one of my preferred and approved vendors – these are people that I personally know and are highly professional and accommodating with my clients. Plus, I get to know my clients so well, that I know who I should recommend to them that will fit their personality and style.
